The Zanu PF Youth League has urged its members to be wary of some opposition elements who are keen on seeing the postponement of the elections through unnecessary provocations

The ruling party youths took their campaign trail to Namayendlovu in Matabeleland North Province with thousands of delegates gathering for the convention as well as to get appraisals on the developments in the ruling party and government.

In his official address at the convention, Zanu PF Secretary for Youth Affairs, Pupurai Togarepi urged the party youths to be tolerant by avoiding confronting some opposition forces who are bent on seeing the postponement of elections after sensing defeat.

Zanu PF Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs, Lewis Mathuthu urged Zimbabweans to vote for the ruling party as a way to safeguard their future.

The Zanu PF Youth League, which opened its national convention in Gweru, is set to conclude its meetings with a huge interface slated for Harare on Friday next week.
