The First Lady Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa says she will not tire from championing the need of the vulnerable communities.

She said this after visiting Sharon Cohen, a special school for children with disabilities in Chitungwiza.

Sharon Cohen School situated in Seke, Chitungwiza caters for children with special needs.

It was established by the Cohen family in 1980 after the realisation of the plight of children with disabilities.

The First Lady visited the school and donated satchels, groceries, stationery and blankets to the children.

She also paid tribute tom the teachers for taking care of the children and gave them a blanket each.

The First Lady said the community plays an integral role in protecting the vulnerable groups hence her passion to transform their lives.

Zimcare Director Mr Nicholas Aribino and Sharon Cohen School Head Mrs Chipo Mabaya commended the First Lady for championing the cause of the marginalised communities.

The First Lady toured poultry and a garden project at the school.

The Cohen family and friends came to witness the ceremony which was characterised by music and dance and the First Lady could not resist but join the children on the dance floor.
