Hippo Valley High School has been honoured for winning the Copa Coca-cCola tournament for a record 4th time, with the school receiving books for the feat.

An ecstatic mood engulfed Hippo Valley school which was handed with books for joining Mzilikazi High School and Churchill Boys High in winning the tournament for the 4th time.

As the school gears up for the 2018 provincial finals slated for Pamushana High School this Friday, Hippo Valley High School head coach, Colonel Dube was pleased by Coca-cola’s gesture, outlining a burning desire to excel at this year’s tournament.

The Copa Coca-Cola tournament is this year celebrating 30 years of existence, having started back in 1989.

Schools will this Friday be vying for a place at the national event set for Zvishavane when they compete at the provincial finals at various centres across the country.

Rusununguko High School are the tournament’s reigning champions in the boy’s category, while Chidyamakono is this year seeking to land a 6th consecutive Copa Coca-Cola title.
