Zero tolerance to litter campaign is taking shape across the country as communities, public and private organisations are heeding the call by President Emmerson Mnangagwa to maintain a 100 percent clean and safe environment.

In the aftermath of a cholera outbreak that hit the country two months ago, residents are vigilant against the deadly epidemic by maintaining a clean environment, vigorously following through the clean up initiative launched by His Excellency President Mnangagwa.

Organiser and coordinator of the Borrowdale Residents and Ratepayers Association Ms Jo Ann Ross and Mrs Matanga a resident encouraged the community to strive to maintain a hygiene environment.

The clean-up initiative has attracted local businesses who are supplying cleaning material and protective clothing.
