The ruling party has assured the Kambuzuma community that it will deal with the issue of regularising all the housing cooperatives in the area and arrest land barons who continue to swindle the people of their hard earned money.
Addressing party supporters in Kambuzuma suburb in Harare, Vice President Retired General Dr Constantino Chiwenga said no one is going to be evicted from where they stay as plans to regularise their area are on course while the vice of land barons will be arrested.
Vice President Chiwenga said once the Land Audit Commission presents its findings all cooperatives will be regularised while those who fleeced thousands of dollars from desperate home seekers will face the music.
“We are waiting for the findings from the commission name and shame the culprits,” he said.
Vice President Chiwenga also took his time to encourage the electorate to come out in their numbers and vote for the ruling party to defend the gains of ‘Operation Restore Legacy’.
