harare-magistrates-court.03.09.10.jpgThe trial of Harare businessman and Harambe Holdings Chief Executive Officer, David Govere who is facing charges of fraud has been deferred to the 21st of this month.

The trial which was supposed to kick off on Monday was deferred after it emerged that the defence was yet to be furnished with state papers.

Charges against Govere arose when he allegedly received 220 000kg of flour worth more than US$146 000 from a Harare milling company, but failed to pay back the money.
