Schools in Goromonzi North have embarked on an infrastructural development programme to improve quality of education.

Parents and school authorities in Goromonzi North have teamed up to improve on infrastructure.

The area’s councilor, Mr Charles Majuru said the community is ready to play its part in developmental projects.

The infrastructural development project received a boost after receiving cement worth thousands of dollars from the area’s legislator, Cde Paddy Zhanda, who said development should be initiated at community level.

Schools that have already started the program and benefitted from Cde Zhanda’s donation include Goromonzi Committee Primary School as well as Mapfeni primary and secondary schools.
