Some 12 teams celebrated Africa Day with a three on three basketball extravaganza tourney at Glen View 1 community hall basketball court.
The three versus three game is an exciting, shortened and fast paced version of basketball played using one ring and half a court with relaxed rules.
The three on three tournament has no age restrictions and can have mixed teams (both male and female in one team) and it is an opportunity for basketball fanatics to come and show case their street ball skills.
Host club Glen View Rockets used the tournament to scout for talent by giving youths a platform to showcase their skills.
The Africa Day basketball extravaganza tournament included three on three knock out games basis for boys and girls U21, men and women open ages, three point shootout and slam dunk competition.
