The First Lady, Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa is attending a conference on cervical and breast cancer for first ladies in Africa.
The Stop Cervical, Breast and Prostate Cancer conference is being held in Lesotho.
The initiative launched in 2007 in Abuja has been running on a yearly base and is meant to share ideas on the best ways of addressing cancer problems in African countries.
Amai Mnangagwa, who has been championing the fight against cervical and breast cancer in Zimbabwe is expected to share with other first ladies her experiences in Zimbabwe and what she has done so far.
Since the beginning of this year, the First Lady has been visiting provinces and other marginalised communities offering free cervical and breast cancer screening services.
The programme has seen a number of people being put on treatment once diagnosed with cervical or breast cancer.
