Premiership side FC Platinum has unveiled its new acquisition striker Takesure Chinyama who is expected to boost the teams strike-force.
FC Platinum coach Norman Mapeza has not hidden his disappointment of the goal drought in his team.
The coach who just this week hinted his side will go on a shopping spree this window period confirmed this intention as FC Platinum unveiled the formidable Chinyama today.
Mapeza also raised the red flag saying there is a national crisis of goals at the moment.
Chinyama is expected to bolster the Zvishavane based side frontline.
The striker known for his lethal instinct sais those who will judge him on his age, are making a grave mistake.
The man who scored 26 goals in the just ended Polish season said he is Zimbabwe’s own Zlatan Ibrahimovich.
Chinyama has previously plied his trade at local sides Dynamos, Monomotapa and at Orlando Pirates of South Africa as well as Polish division 3 club Plotorowk L.Z.K.S.
Although there have been concerns over the bulky striker’s fitness, the 35 year old Chinyama insists he is fit enough to send shivers down the spines of many goalkeepers in the Castle Lager premiership.
