President Emmerson Mnangagwa has sent a message of condolences to all the families of those who lost their lives on the Ethiopian Airlines plane crash which was headed for Nairobi today.
In his tweet, President Mnangagwa said, “I send my condolences and prayers to all the families of those who lost their lives today on the Ethiopian Airlines flight to Nairobi. Our thoughts and strength go out to our African brothers and sisters and all those affected by this terrible tragedy”.
The Ethiopian Airlines flight ET302/10 March from Addis Ababa, Bole International Airport to Nairobi Kenya crashed shortly after take-off this morning killing all 157 members onboard.
The crash happened at 08:44 local time, six minutes after the flight took-off from the Ethiopian capital.
It is not yet clear what caused the accident.
