The Governor and Resident Minister of Manicaland Province, Cde Chris Mushohwe has called upon Zimbabweans to seize economic opportunities being unlocked by the government under the indigenisation and empowerment programme.
Addressing traditional leaders at a coordination meeting at Domboshava, Marange in Mutare, Cde Mushohwe said indigenous people should harvest the fruits of independence which came through supreme sacrifices by gallant sons and daughters.
He said the land issue has been finalised and those that are still dreaming of reversing the process are lost.
Cde Mushohwe said attempts by Britain and its western allies to effect regime change through the imposition of illegal sanctions have failed.
He said the west is now busy crafting new ideas to achieve their imperialist agenda, hence Zimbabweans should be shame them by remaining united.
