Dynamos Football Club Supporters Association has partnered Champions Insurance aimed at benefitting Dynamos FC with a fee of 10 percent to be paid to the club for every insurance policy purchased under the scheme.

Through the scheme which caters for both individual and corporates presents an opportunity for Dynamos supporters to indirectly contribute to the financial well being of the football club.

A new dual membership card for the policy and the club was also launched to create a sense of belonging to the club.

Champions Insurance business development manager Tapiwa Kahiya, representing managing director Tambudzayi Madzivire said they were moving away from philanthropic type of corporate social responsibility to a commercial one of a win-win situation.

Dynamos FC National Supporters Association chairman Benjamin Munzira said as supporters they appreciate efforts being made at the club by the board and club management to keep the club afloat during economic challenges where other clubs are failing to fulfil financial obligations such as salaries and bonuses for the players.

Dynamos executive committee member Graham Mafoko applauded the gesture and initiative by the clubs supporters association which will go a long way in motivating the players on the field of play.

The partnership marks a new era where growth and development in a financially self-sustained football club through this exciting supporters initiative.
