Dynamos coach, Tonderayi Ndiraya has emphasised the need for his charges to begin picking up more victories despite going on a 10-game unbeaten run.
Dynamos last tasted defeat on 16 June, following a 1 nil loss to Highlanders at Barbourfields Stadium.
Since that loss, the glamour boys have gone on a 10-game unbeaten run which has seen Dynamos winning 4 and drawing 6.
With the glamour boys unbeaten run largely dominated by stalemates, Ndiraya said picking up maximum points on a regular basis is vital.
“The boys have been impressive considering our unbeaten run, but I think we need to win more games. Yes, we have managed to avoid defeat, but it is high time we begin picking up maximum points so as to enhance our position on the log standings,” Ndiraya said.
Dynamos face inform ZPC Kariba in what promises to be a tough contest this weekend.
In their last 6 Outings, ZPC Kariba have won 5 and lost once, making Saturday’s contest a tough game for the glamour boys.
“Conditions in Kariba are always very difficult. This is why we have been training in the afternoon so as to try to get used to hot conditions. ZPC Kariba has been doing well, meaning we have to be at our best when we face them on Saturday. No doubt it will be a tough game to play,” he said.
ZPC Kariba will go top of the premiership standings with a win over De-Mbare while for the glamour boys victory will see them securing a place in the top 6.
