diplomats13.jpgDiplomats accredited to Zimbabwe who attended the official opening of the 3rd Session of the 7th Parliament of Zimbabwe have hailed the Head of State and Government and Commander-in-Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces, President Mugabe for his unifying speech.     

The diplomats described President Mugabe’s speech as a demonstration of the spirit of oneness. 

     
Ambassadors Kekana Nangula of Namibia, Mohammad Pournajaff of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Dr Sipula Kabanje of Zambia reiterated President Mugabe’s call for people to benefit from their countries’ resources.

 

Ambassadors’ Ataher Almagrahi of Libya and Elsiddieg Abdalla of Algeria commended Cde Mugabe’s call for Zimbabwe to re-engage with international monetary institutions saying the development will boost the country’s economic recovery efforts.

 

In his speech at the official opening of the 3rd Session of the 7th Parliament of Zimbabwe, President Mugabe projected a positive economic outlook for the country on the back of resurgent sectors such as mining and tourism.
