Mubaiwa said he is hopeful that a meeting of the Dynamos executive in the capital this Friday will yield positive results.

Despite the DeMbare executive initially scheduled to have met last Thursday, Mubaiwa told ZBC News in a telephone interview that the meeting will now be held this Friday.

The Dynamos executive has been failing to agree terms of a new contract with Pasuwa who refused to put pen to paper owing to contractual requirements he said needed to be fulfilled first.

Pasuwa is believed to have initially demanded US$12000 package which he later reviewed downwards to US$4000.

De-Mbare’s executive however insisted on offering the former DeMbare midfielder a US$3000 package which Pasuwa has been refusing to accept, thus resulting in a deadlock which has seen the Glamour Boy flighting advertisements for the hot seat in the local press.

Following continued engagement which has seen the coaches union reportedly coming into the fold, DeMbare’s executive will now meet this Friday as they seek to find a way out of the deadlock.
