The prestigious National Corporate Social Responsibility Network awards ceremony scheduled for this Thursday will honour the country’s leading companies and individuals implementing sustainable and life changing social responsibility programmes in communities.

According to Courtney Pratt ‘the brands that will be big in future will be those that tap  into the social changes that are taking place.’

It is such views that led the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Network Zimbabwe to honour outstanding companies and individuals implementing sustainable and life changing community projects over and above their businesses.

CSR Network Zimbabwe CEO, Willard Razawo revealed that the awards ceremony will be held at the Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare on 15 November, adding that great companies and individuals assist communities in which they operate in, hence the need to honor them.

The awards ceremony to be hosted under the theme: ‘Fostering CSR in Zimbabwe to Achieve a Middle-Income Economy by 2030,’ will see companies that are positively impacting on their stakeholders and the lives of communities they operate in walk away with various appreciation accolades.

All the provincial winning projects awarded at ceremonies held in Masvingo, Manicaland, Midlands and Matabeleland provinces will automatically qualify for the national awards.
