22 year old Chiedza Mhosva emerged the winner of the Miss World Zimbabwe 2017 at the event that saw 16 beauties taking to the ramp at Borrowdale Brooke Country Club in the capital.

She will receive US$21 000 and a vehicle, among other prizes.

A total of four beauties walked away with a number of prizes.

The 16 models strutted their stuff in 3 categories inter-spaced with music interludes from various local and international artists.

Miss People’s Choice went to Tariro Angelica Zvizhinji.

Evelyn Njelele emerged 1st Princess and will get US$11 000.

The 2nd Princess Kundai Somerai and Miss Personality Power FM’s Zvizhinji  will both receive US$6 000 courtesy of Big Time Group in two weeks time.

Patron of Miss Zimbabwe Trust, Mrs Marry Chiwenga said this year’s theme was in honour of the illustrious life led by the late Kiki Divaris who was compassionate about up lifting of the girl child.

The event which was broadcast live on ZBC TV ran under the theme, “Celebrating Beauty Through Our Late Icon Kiki Divaris”.
