Zimbabwe’s Cheetahs lost their second match of the Rugby World Cup 24-10 to Uganda in San Francisco, USA.
The next tie for the Cheetahs is against Tonga today at 18.00 hours local time.
A total of 84 matches (52 men’s and 32 women’s) started on July 20 and will end on Sunday with both tournaments being played for the first time in a knock-out only format.
Players representing Zimbabwe at the 2018 Rugby World Cup Sevens are Boyd Rouse, Connor Pritchard, Nelson Madida, Kudakwashe Chiwanza, Ngoni Chibuwe, Shayne Makombe, Tafadzwa Chitokwindo, Biselele Tshamala, Shingirai Hlanguyo, Tarisai Mugariri, Stephan Hunduza and Riaan O’niell.
The team have Margaret Gibson as physiotherapist, head coach Gilbert Nyamutsamba and manager, Donald Mangenje.
The team has two non-travelling reserves in Takudzwa Kumadiro and Mkhululi Ndlela.
