Renowned and multi-award-winning gospel musicians Pastor Charles and Olivia Charamba are set to announce their eagerly awaited comeback with the launch of two albums, Abba Father and Voice Of Miriam and have promised to take their fans back to the old musical flair which they popularised with the albums such as Vhuserere.

The two who were recently on holiday in the resort town of Victoria Falls say their fans can expect uninterrupted music expedition after the launch.

Zimbabwe’s celebrated gospel music couple Baba na Mai Charamba say there are rearing to go after a somewhat lengthy sabbatical.

After a busy schedule in the studio working on their latest offerings, the Charambas recently visited Africa’s adventure capital, Victoria Falls, for holiday ahead of their much anticipated albums launch.

The wait is over according to the couple and are targeting August for the launch of their two separate albums.

Part of the reason for the break was due to family commitments, while Pastor Charamba was also engaged at the Zimbabwe College of Music.

The couple who have 13 combined albums under their names say their stay in the resort town was refreshing and promised to come back, not as tourists but to reconnect with their fans in Victoria Falls in the near future.

Pastor Charamba’s album entitled Abba Father carries 9-tracks with songs such as Vakanga Vakaita Sei, Jesu Garai and Zvepa Calvary while Olivia Charamba’s solo album Voice Of Miriam has tracks which include, Vana Mumasango, Mwaka and Boycott Sin.

The Fishers of Men lead singers who are revered in the domestic music circles are known for their popular albums Vhuserere, Tinashe Akatendeka and the Daily Bread.
