Cde Dickson Chingaira, popularly known in the music circles as Cde Chinx, will finally be receiving the house he was promised by the Zimbabwe Music Awards (ZIMA) some three years ago as an honour for his musical career that spans for over 40 years.

ZIMA Chairman, Joseph Nyadzayo said ZIMA has finished building the four bed roomed house in Sentosa, Malbereign and the home will be handed over to the long serving musical legend tomorrow (Tuesday).

Cde Chinx is famed for a music career that inspired the liberation struggle and post independence with his popular songs, among them: Vapambipfumi and Vanhu Vese VemuAfrica.

Cde Chinx, who has not been feeling well is recovering at a local hospital.
