ZOC holds athlete development workshop

Sports coaches and administrators have been challenged to make full use of sports science if athletes are to reach their full potential. ZIFA Eastern Region to conduct admin courses 

ZIFA Eastern Region is planning to take further steps to improve knowledge skills of football administrators through administrative courses. ZIFA Eastern Region Chairperson Davison Muchena said at regional level, they are planning to have at least one administration course for regional administrators. Zim gears up for YOG

Zimbabwe will send a 25 member strong delegation that comprises 15 athletes, and 6 officials to the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Buenos Aires, Argentina to be held from the 6th to the 20th of next month. Team Zimbabwe to the YOG will be headed by newly appointed Minister of Youth, Sport, Arts and Recreation and Olympian Honourable Kirsty Coventry. ZTISU paralympic games kicks off

The 2018 edition of the Zimbabwe Tertiary Institutions Sports Unions (ZTISU) paralympic games kicked off at Kushinga Phikelela Polytechnic in Marondera with more than 300 athletes taking part. The athletes are taking part in four sporting disciplines namely goalball, athletics, five-a-side soccer and chess.
