Preparations for the 2019 premiership season are now underway at the Green Machine who on Tuesday got down to business as players seek to shake off some rust following inactivity of the past month.
As Makepekepe gear up for the 2019 season, Technical Director Nelson Matongorere is convinced the Caps United leadership has done enough to avail playing personnel that can challenge for glory.
Caps United will in the coming season be guaranteed of pace going forward after capturing Phineas Bamusi who is set for a second stint with Makepekepe following a spell with Triangle.
Also to move to the Green Machine from Bulawayo giants Highlanders is Gabriel Nyoni who is expected to be an influential figure for Makepekepe with Pride Zivengwa from TelOne being another new signing for Caps.
Caps United finished 8th on the log standings in 2018 but given the clubs history of winning, improving on last year’s performance is expected to be the clubs biggest priority.
