The stage is set for what promises to be an exciting CAF Champions League duel pitting Caps United and USM Alger of Algeria at the National Sports Stadium tomorrow afternoon.

The Zimbabwean champions opened their campaign with a 2-nil defeat away to Zamalek but coach, Lloyd Chitembwe promised fans that his charges will play with purpose and determination as they seek to pick up their first set of points tomorrow.

USM Alger overcame Al Ahli Tripoli 3-nil in their opening encounter, but experienced gaffer,  Paul Put is rather cautious heading into tomorrow’s encounter, emphasising that playing away is never easy.

Caps United defender, Dennis Dauda said they are fired up, expressing confidence of posting a crucial win.

Caps United will be hoping to please their fans as Chitembwe seeks to make use of home advantage.

Leonard Tsipa is still recovering from injury while Tafadzwa Rusike has almost fully recovered ahead of Wednesday’s crunch tie.
