The heart breaking stories of two cancer patients Bridget Mandimutsira and Natasha Matimba have led to the intervention of the Minister of Health and Child Care Dr David Parirenyatwa who has directed that the two be admitted at Parirenyatwa Hospital.

The two little girls Bridget and Natasha are still holding on to dear life despite the advanced skin cancer called zeroderma pigmentosa.

This Monday (today) the two highly spirited girls met Dr Parirenyatwa who made an undertaking that they be admitted and taken care of at Parirenyatwa Hospital in Harare.

Doctors explained the different stages of the cancer and how the diagnosis is done.

Parents of the two girls expressed grateful to the minister for coming to their assistance.

The two girls’ needs palliative care considering doctors have indicated that their conditions have progressed beyond what the doctors can do to assist the children.
