Based in the mountainous city of Mutare, Blessing has taken gospel music to another level.
Blessing’s story could be told as that of a musician whose music has taken the music industry by storm from nowhere as his current CD album has excelled to greater heights, while other new-comers have failed to make the grade in the market.
Although Blessing is still relatively new to the local music scene, his unique gospel sound has virtually been received by a number of gospel fans.
Blessing’s music dominates playing lists in commuter omnibuses, record bars and many other public gatherings.
Already music fans are craving to watch the man in live shows.
The 32-year-old artist recently released his seven-track second album titled ‘NdiMwari’ despite the fact that his first project, ‘Ishe Wazvose’ is still topping the charts.
Blessing is well-known for his hit songs like Handina Mhaka, Ishe Wazvose and Kurwa Kwakanaka.
His first album ‘Ishe Wazvose’, which was released early 2009, made it in the local charts in 2010.
It was marketed and distributed by Metro Studios in Harare.
