Black Rhinos have unveiled their 2018 squad which includes seven new signings with previous PSL experience.
The team also unveiled its playing and training kits for the upcoming season.
The ZNA sponsored club finished in seventh position after a good start which saw them leading the PSL race during the first half of the season before going on a seven match losing streak.
New signings for the club are goalkeeper Ashley Reyners from Dynamos, defenders Melvin Mhekiwa from Hwange, Augustine Mbara from Dynamos, Effort Opelo from Flame Lily, midfielder Masimba Mambare from Dynamos, Allan Gahadzikwa and Wellington Taderera from Shabanie Mine.
Club Chairman, Colonel Shakeman Chizengwe said the executive felt it important to aim high and add value to the Black Rhinos cause.
“We want to be exemplary and be guided by discipline. We do not owe any player signing on fees, winning bonuses and salaries from last season despite not having a sponsor,” he said.
Newly appointed coach, Hebert Maruva who replaced legend Stanford ‘Stix’ Mtizwa said he will be gunning for the championship in his first season after coaching in Swaziland.
