Rhinos dream run in the Premier Soccer League continued thanks to a comprehensive 3-nil victory over Hwange on Sunday.

The army men now sit at the summit with 20 points, one more than Ngezi Platinum who ended ZPC Kariba’s run with a 2-1 victory at the Baobab stadium.

Harare giants Dynamos continued to struggle for points with a 1-all draw against Shabanie Mine seeing DeMbare drop to 14th place with 8 points from 7 games.

Sunday’s other encounter saw Triangle move into the top 8 following a 2-0 win over How Mine.

On Saturday, FC Platinum made maximum use of home advantage after registering a 2-nil win against Yadah FC.

Victory propelled the platinum miners into third place with 19 points while defeat saw Yadah FC succumbing to their fourth consecutive league defeat.

Highlanders moved to 17 points after edging Bantu Rovers 2-1 while Bulawayo City edged Tsholotsho by a similar score-line.

The tide appears to be slowly turning in Harare City’s favour after the Sunshine Boys followed up a midweek draw against Highlanders with an away victory over Chapungu.
