The use of bio smart energy has been cited as one key area in which the country can derive maximum benefits in generating power and ensuring a clean environment.
Zimbabwe has enormous potential to grow exports through projects such as guacamole or avocado spread as well as increase its electricity generating capacity as a result of bio smart energy.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Zimbabwe National Editors Forum media briefing in Harare, renowned business and corporate consultant, Natverlal Patel said Zimbabwe has a huge potential of boosting its exports and gross domestic product through implementation of various projects.
Mr Patel said through guacamole and bio smart energy project, Zimbabwe’s export earnings can grow up to around a billion dollars in 36 months.
Zimbabwe has put in place policies aimed at providing a conducive environment for potential investors in the different sectors of the economy.
