The Warriors are now in Congo Brazzaville for a crunch encounter against the Red Devils slated for tomorrow afternoon.
The stage is set for Zimbabwe’s AFCON qualifier against Congo Brazaville with the battle lines now drawn for Sunday’s (tomorrow) encounter.
The Warriors left via Addis Ababa yesterday afternoon and arrived in Brazzaville this morning.
Zimbabwe were expected to train at the match venue this afternoon as the nation gears up for what promises to be an enthralling contest.
The Warriors will be banking on the likes of George Chigova, captain Knowledge Musona and Khama Billiat just to name a few ahead of tomorrow’s showdown against the Red Devils.
The Warriors are hoping for a positive result after a convincing 3-nil win over Liberia in their AFCON qualifiers opener.
The Warriors will, however, have to be in good form against a Congo Brazzaville side boasting of star player Thievy Bifouma who plies his trade in Turkey for Sivaspor with Congo’s captain as Prince Oniang also a player to look out for given experience accrued plying his trade in the French Ligue 1 as well as the English championship.
