This year’s Agricultural Dealers and Manufacturers Association (ADMA) Mechanisation Expo which kicked off in Harare yesterday has been a major success with more than 150 exhibitors taking part.
A large number of exhibitors showcased a variety of state of the art farm implements.
The expo which was officially opened by His Excellency, President Emmerson Mnangagwa yesterday has attracted huge crowds who had an opportunity to witness impressive displays and demonstrations of highly mechanised farm equipment.
Agricon Director, Mr Laurence Sher, said the show will enable Zimbabwe to compete on the international scene as far as agriculture modernisation is concerned.
The ADMA annual show where all major industry players come together comes at a time when command agriculture is at its peak and with an array of highly mechanised farm equipment being showcased here, surely Zimbabwe will retain its bread basket status.
