ac milan logo.jpgSerie A Giants, AC Milan Academy Scout Coach, Fabrizio Bobbiesi, will be in Zimbabwe next week for a Milan Junior Camp at Churchill Boys High that will open lifetime opportunities for local young footballers.

World Wide Scholarship Group President, Munya Maraire, announced Zimbabwe will have the honour to host the AC Milan Academy Scout for 5 days and called upon young footballers throughout the country to seize this lifetime opportunity to try and impress the scout.

‘The camp will start off at Churchill and then move to Watershed. Lucky players will have an all expense paid trip to try out at AC Milan and a chance to even compete at the AC Milan Continental Cup next year,’ said Mr Maraire.

On strategies to ensure total participation, Maraire said registration will be open in various provinces so that even the remotest of places are involved.

‘Registration will be opened in all provinces and this will become an annual process because this historic visit is just marking a new chapter for WWS and AC Milan partnership,’ added Maraire.

The Milan Junior Camp is a programme of holiday-themed football, developed by AC Milan for boys and girls around the world for a healthy, educative and entertaining high quality football. Already programmes have been done in Peru, and Bali, Indonesia.


The Italian giants, AC Milan is rated the second best club in the world behind Real Madrid, in terms of achievement after winning 7 European titles.
