Newly formed opposition political party the African Democrats’ president Mr Marc Machona has commended the current administration for allowing parties to campaign openly without any harassment.

Mr Machona said if extended an invitation to meet with President Emmerson Mnangagwa at a meeting for political parties to iron out sticking issues regarding electoral reforms ahead of the 2018 harmonised polls, he will speak on the need for those in the diaspora to vote.

The commendation on the peaceful processes of campaign by one of the presidential aspirant is an endorsement which gels with the call for credible free and fair elections made by President Mnangagwa at every turn.

Many hope that peace prevails entirely throughout the electoral process.
