Zanu PF says 2019 will see them building and strengthening the party structures across the country.
This came out during the party’s Masvingo Provincial Coordinating Committee meeting held in the provincial capital to discuss various issues affecting the operations of the party.
Zanu PF National Political Commissar, Retired Lieutenant General Engelbert Rugeje told the party members that 10 000 cadres will be trained at the Chitepo School of Ideology, and those will in-turn train fellow party members across the country on expectations of the party.
Zanu PF Masvingo Chairperson, Cde Ezra Chadzamira said party members should fully support the national leadership.
Zanu PF Secretary for Legal Affairs, Cde Munyaradzi Paul Mangwana urged fellow party members to stay united and not give room to the enemy through divisions.
Politburo member, Cde Lovemore Matuke urged party members to be wary of regime change elements who front as non-governmental organisation.
Another Politburo member, Cde Josiah Hungwe said Masvingo should tap into its natural resources and strive to contribute to the country’s gross domestic product.
The meeting was attended by provincial members of the party.
