The Constitutional Court has declared Cde Emmerson Mnangagwa as the winner of the 30 July 2018 elections after dismissing with costs a poll petition by MDC Alliance leader, Nelson Chamisa. President Emmerson Mnangagwa has described the late Chief Mapanzure as a humble, wise and unassuming leader of his people for the past 12 years he was at the helm of the Mapanzure chieftainship.
