A young talented musician Tatenda Dhliwayo has proved to many that the sky can only be the limit if she is given enough support by her peers and parents in her music career.
Such is the musical talent that the young girl who is doing her lower six at Washington Hills is endowed with.
Tatenda who is an ‘A’ Level student reminds some of the older generation of yesteryear artists like Madonna.
The girl’s performance at a farewell event for ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level students at the school underscored the abundant talent she possesses.
With her voice blending so well with the instruments, Tatenda proved to many that if given the opportunity she can excel as a contemporary musician.
Not to be outdone at the same event was the school head girl Hope Chifamba who also demonstrated that she has a good vocal ability.
In Chitungwiza, Zengeza 1 High School will soon be in the studio recording their debut album with the assistance of music legend Oliver Mtukudzi.
Music teacher at the school Grace Chinyama said they are now finalising all the requirements for recording.
In other news, Bulawayo based author Gift Wazvaremhaka who wrote his first novel Pepukai last year has come up with yet another book titled: The Road To Sungano Apostolic Church.
In Harare, Linda Namatai has also written her second book: Journey Journals…The Blessing Of Pain which promises to be a good read for all Christians.
