Treasury urged to prioritise digitalisation project

Proposals have been made for Treasury to consider prioritising finalisation of the digital migration project given the benefits to be realised from the programme. The Portfolio Committee on Media, Information and Broadcasting Services said attention should be placed on the completion of the digital migration project.   This emerged at the just concluded 2018 pre-budget seminar. WUA carries clean-up exercise at Chikurubi

Women’s University in Africa (WUA) supported by other stakeholders went on a cleanup exercise at Chikurubi Maximum Prisons in an effort to rid it of diseases breathing garbage ahead of the rain season. Zimbabwe’s legends conducted their last training session this morning at the Yadah Hotel ahead of their epic tie with Barcelona legends set for the National Sports Stadium tomorrow. ZPCS bemoans staff shortages

The Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services (ZPCS) says it has a staff shortages of 9 000 officers a situation making it difficult for it to conduct its duties properly.
