Trading on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) maintained an upward trend on the back of gains by the two main indices.

The industrial index added 3.60 points to close at 232.02 points, while the mining index recovered 3,93 points to close at 73,47 points.

OLD MUTUAL gained 3,92 cents to close at 409,01 cents, while SEEDCO added 3,04 cents to 160,79 cents. 

Other gains were in DELTA, which rose by 2,98 cents to close at 139,99 cents and PADENGA, which went up 2,87 cents to close at 44,87 cents.

INNSCOR also increased by 1,50 cents to 78,50 cents, while AFDIS  was 1,00 cents higher at 67,00 cents.

FIRST MUTUAL  and PRO-PLASTICS were the only lame ducks after losing 0,50 cents and 0,08 cents to close at 11,50 cents and 6,62 cents respectively.

In the mining index, RIOZIM added 4,75 cents to settle at 65,00 cents.

BINDURA also gained 0,03 cents to close at 2,45 cents, while FALGOLD and HWANGE remained unchanged.
