All is now set for the ultimate African Heritage, Food, Music and Drinks festival to be held in South Africa from the 29th of this month to the second of next month.
The festival aims to bring Africans together and break boundary limitations by unifying everyone.
Zimbabwe Chefs Association President, Christopher Gonzo confirmed that the event will be held in Mofolo Park in Soweto from the 29th of this month to the 4th of next month.
Arthur Masocha, the secretary general of the same organisation, said they are raring to go and everyone is prepared to participate on the big event, while Dad Lupenga, who is the team captain, said Zimbabwean traditional dishes are going to be exhibited at the food competition.
The festival aims at opening up opportunities of fighting poverty together by means of creating a free Africa to Africa trade, skills transfer and celebrating our heritage.
Countries expected to participate include Cameroon, Kenya, Ghana, Congo, Namibia, Nigeria, Togo, Lesotho, Algeria, Morocco, Botswana, Mauritius, Gabon, Australia and Zimbabwe
