The revolutionary party supporters and villagers in Gokwe-Nembudziya constituency have been urged to work closely with government structures in coming up with income generating projects.

The call came through at the Mbumbushi Irrigation scheme in the area which has become a rallying point for community development.

The project is one of the ZIM ASSET projects that villagers are being supported by the Gokwe-Nembudziya legislator, Cde Justice Mayor Wadyajena to cushion communities against hunger.

Addressing hundreds of villagers and Zanu PF supporters, Cde Wadyajena urged party supporters to refrain from violence ahead of next year’s harmonised elections.

The legislator also donated various goodies and seed to the villagers to enable them continue producing food at household level.
