Zanu PF Harare Province says it is now ready for the 2018 harmonised elections with calls for unity of purpose by the party members.

The revolutionary party’s Harare Province inter district conference held in the capital on Sunday saw the launch of the ruling party’s  voter mobilisation exercise with chairman of the province, Cde  Charles Tawengwa  calling for unity of purpose in the party.

Zanu PF National Political Commissar, Cde Saviour Kasukuwere said Harare Province should focus on winning more seats.

“We want to increase our seats in the province for the betterment of our people,” said Cde Kasukuwere.

Zanu PF Politburo member and Minister of Defence, Dr Sydney Sekeramayi who was the guest of honour said the 2018 elections provided an opportunity for the revolutionary party to forge ahead with people oriented policies.

“What more do you want we can do our best to win the elections,” he said.

The Zanu PF Harare Province inter district  conference was also attended by  the Minister of State for Harare Province, Cde Mirriam Chikukwa, Politburo members, Central Committee members and legislators.
