The Zanu PF Mashonaland West Provincial Executive has unanimously endorsed the ouster of National Political Commissar, Cde Saviour Kasukuwere from all party and government activities.

38 out of 50 executive members endorsed the removal of Cde Kasukuwere over allegations of plotting the ouster of President Robert Mugabe by tempering with party structures across the country for his personal gain.

They also accused Cde Kasukuwere of helping Sara Mahoka and Eunice Sandi Moyo in efforts to undermine the First Lady and Secretary for Women Affairs, Dr Grace Mugabe and destabilising Women’s League structures in Mashonaland West Province.

Cde Kasukuwere also stands accused of imposing a candidate in Norton, resulting in the ruling party losing the constituency by-election to an independent candidate, Themba Mliswa.

The Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing is also accused of seeking bribes in exchange for land allocations.

The Zanu PF Mashonaland West Provincial Executive alleged that Cde Kasukuwere distributed land to his cronies who include Mahoka and aborted prior commitments to youth programmes.

These latest calls for Cde Kasukuwere’s ouster follow demonstrations a few weeks ago by Zanu PF Mashonaland Central, Midlands and Masvingo provinces against the revolutionary party’s National Political Commissar on similar allegations.
