Addressing members of the Computer Society of Zimbabwe on the resolutions made during the just ended African Union Information and Communication Technologies summitÂ held in Addis Ababa Information Communication Technologies Minister Mr. Nelson Chamisa said, it is imperative for local players to take advantage of existing infrastructure to expand their operations.
